This Discovery Consultation offers a chance for us to connect and explore your health goals in a thoughtful, one-on-one setting. We’ll review your health background, discuss your current concerns, and I’ll share how I work using a naturopathic framework. It’s the first step in determining whether this approach feels like the right fit for you and your long-term wellbeing. Where indicated, recommendations for functional laboratory testing will be suggested. The cost and options of tests are listed under science led care, it also gives a comprehensive breakdown of analytes and biomarkers. If you have already been diagnosed with a chronic medical condition and have received specific dietary recommendations or are on chronic daily medication, Naturopathic treatments and recommendations are not recommended for you due to the risk of nutrients/supplement/drug interactions.
