Not currently experiencing Optimal Health, am I right?

I feel bloated most of the time.

Unexplained Niggling Symptoms

Many gut-related imbalances or infections can exist without obvious digestive symptoms.

Conditions such as small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), parasites, fungal overgrowth (Candida), or food sensitivities may not always cause clear digestive discomfort, yet they can contribute to subtle issues like unexplained skin rashes, fatigue, brain fog, low mood, weight changes, or joint pain.

Long term digestive symptoms?

If you have unresolved long term digestive symptoms and you've tried different treatments without success, I would strongly recommend a comprehensive microbiome test. The test will analyse a wide range of gut markers, including the microbiome composition, presence of pathogens, digestive insufficiencies and

inflammation levels.

Hi, I'm Lize

My interest in Naturopathic health started when I could not find the answer to my daughter's persistent tummy ache. Blood tests and a basic stool test (which measures inflammation and infections only) showed that everything was "normal", but it was not normal to have tummy ache on a weekly basis, right?

It was a constant worry, we tried everything, recommended food elimination diets and giving her probiotics (which actually made her tummy ache worse), we were all puzzled and stressed!

Everything changed when we took her to a Naturopath and she ordered an advanced microbiome test. Turns out she had some overgrown yeast (candida) and had some low levels of commensal bacteria - she had insufficiency dysbiosis - so not enough of the good guys! Thanks to the recommendations made, we were able to correct these imbalanced and after a month, no more tummy aches. Phew!

It was such a relief that we had finally found the underlying cause of my daughter's gut issue. I knew then, that I wanted to learn everything I can (and still do) about gut health. I am now a qualified Naturopath with a specialisation in Western Herbal Medicine.

To ensure my approach is always informed and effective, I stay up-to-date with the latest research in gut health and nutrition. I also participate in ongoing training offered by functional lab providers and leading supplement companies.
